It's easy to get a repair - just drop your phone at your nearest EE store. You can also send it to us by courier.

Many of our stores offer a 2-hour repair service, with the rest offering next day repairs. Samsung, Apple and Google devices are all repaired, no matter which network you’re on.

Your warranty is not affected by our repairs as we use authorised parts.

Back up your phone before it's repaired

Data or information on your phone might be deleted during your repair. Read your device guide to get help backing up your device before you visit a store.

Send your device off for repair

Or you can send your device to us - either take it to a DPD drop-off point or get it picked up by a courier. You can expect your phone back within 14 days of us receiving it.

To take your device to a DPD drop-off point (Pick Up Drop Off service):

    book a repair through the troubleshooter tool, or call 150 from an EE phone (07953 966 250 from any other phone)  

  2. 2

    print your repair booking form and DPD package label

  3. 3

    securely package your device and booking form, sticking the label to the front of your parcel

  4. 4

    drop it off at your nearest DPD drop off point

  5. 5

    We’ll keep you updated by text or email, and you can track your repair online.

  6. 6

    we’ll drop your item back when it’s ready

Or, to arrange for a courier to collect your device:

    we’ll send a courier to collect it

    We’ll keep you updated by text or email, and you can track your repair online.

Is my device warranty affected?

My device is being repaired. How can I track its progress?

In general, our repairs will not void your device warranty as we use official parts. See the manufacturer's warranty for specific details.

Get a replacement device while yours is repaired

You can ask for a loan device in any EE store. We'll try to loan you the same, or similar, device as your own but this will depend on what’s available at your EE store.

There's no cost to get Samsung or Alcatel phones on loan. For Apple phones there's a £150 deposit (you'll get this back when you return the Apple phone).

We’ll repair your device even if you’re not an EE customer

No matter which network you’re on, we can still repair your device. This applies to stores offering 2-hour and next-day repairs.

Other EE stores will only be able to offer repairs to EE customers.
