It's easy to get a repair - just drop your phone at your nearest EE store. You can also send it to us by courier.

Many of our stores offer a 2-hour repair service, with the rest offering next day repairs. Samsung, Apple and Google devices are all repaired, no matter which network you’re on.
Your warranty is not affected by our repairs as we use authorised parts.
Data or information on your phone might be deleted during your repair. Read your device guide to get help backing up your device before you visit a store.

Or you can send your device to us - either take it to a DPD drop-off point or get it picked up by a courier. You can expect your phone back within 14 days of us receiving it.

In general, our repairs will not void your device warranty as we use official parts. See the manufacturer's warranty for specific details.

You can ask for a loan device in any EE store. We'll try to loan you the same, or similar, device as your own but this will depend on what’s available at your EE store.
There's no cost to get Samsung or Alcatel phones on loan. For Apple phones there's a £150 deposit (you'll get this back when you return the Apple phone).

No matter which network you’re on, we can still repair your device. This applies to stores offering 2-hour and next-day repairs.
Other EE stores will only be able to offer repairs to EE customers.
