Strava subscription with a Samsung Galaxy Watch8, Watch8 Classic or Watch Ultra

This article covers how EE customers can claim a 1-year free subscription to Strava when buying a new Samsung Galaxy Watch8, Watch8 Classic or Watch Ultra between 1 April 2026 and 28 April 2026.

Eligibility

Any purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy Watch8, Watch8 Classic or Watch Ultra between 1 April 2026 and 28 April 2026.

Exclusions

Maximum of one (1) Gift per Product purchased, and a maximum of four (4) Gifts per household.

How to claim your gift

You need to visit https://samsungoffers.claims/AprilStravaOffer and complete the Claim form with your name, contact information, other requested information, including but not limited to the Promotion Product serial, delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of your proof of purchase

Claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase, meaning the final claim date for purchases made on 28 April 2026 is no later than 23:59 (GMT) on 27 May 2026.

When you receive a redemption code, visit https://www.strava.com/subscribe/redeem to redeem the 1-year free subscription.

If you have any issues

If you don’t have your proof of purchase, contact us and one of our Guides can give you a One Stop Proof Letter and you can use this to claim.

If you have not got an email acknowledgement, you need to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by email at AprilStravaOffer@samsungoffers.claims or by phone at + 0330 551 3650 (UK) or  +353 1800 903 291 (ROI) within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.

The legal bit

If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email and SMS, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.

Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Participant will receive their Strava Subscription Code via email within 30 days of their Claim being validated
