What’s included in my allowances on a monthly contract plan?
All our pay monthly plans include unlimited calls and texts within the UK. Your data allowances will depend on what monthly contract plan you're on.

When allowances start each month on a monthly contract plan
If you’re on a pay monthly plan, it will usually be on the date your bill is due.
We’ll text you when you’ve reached 80% of your data allowance and then again when it runs out. Remember, you can always buy add-ons to top up your allowance.
Pay monthly data add-ons
You can always buy more data to see you through to the end of the month. Just log in to EE and go to Menu > Plan and add-ons.
Allowances in a subscription pack
Our subscription packs offer different amounts of call, text and data allowances to suit your needs. Plus you can always buy more add-ons if you need them.

I'm coming to the end of my pay as you go data allowance, what do I do?
Don't worry, we’ll text you when you’ve reached 80% of your data allowance and then again when it runs out. Remember, you can always buy add-ons to top up your allowance.
To buy data add-ons:
- log in to EE and go to Menu > Add-ons
- or text ADD DATA to 150
What if I go over my SIM only allowance?
We’ll text you to tell you that you’ve used all of your SIM only allowance.
That means you won’t be able to go over your allowance without realising.
You can then buy an add-on to see you through until your monthly allowance renews.
Data add-ons
You can always buy more data to see you through to the end of the month. Log in to EE and go to Menu > Plan and add-ons.
