What is our discounted airtime offer?
Available to eligible EE customers. Send your current phone back to us when you upgrade to a new 24-month plan. We'll give you a discount off your new airtime plan each month.
We'll let you know if you're eligible when you upgrade.
Sending your phone back
- We'll send you your new phone and let you know how to return your old one.
- Disable any security features like PINs, biometrics and Find My.
- Make a backup of all your messages, photos and personal details.
- Remove any physical SIMs.
- Package up your old phone, but keep hold of any charges, cases and accessories.
- Send us your phone within 14 days of us dispatching your new one.
- Keep your proof of postage.
Your airtime discount
The value of your discount will be calculated based on the make, model and condition of the phone you're returning to us. The total value is spread out evenly over 24 months.
You'll only be eligible for the discount if you return the phone to us in the condition you told us, and by the date we tell you. If you fail to return the phone on time, or if it is not in good condition, we'll remove the discount.
