Move from pay as you go to a monthly plan

Want to move from pay as you go to a monthly plan? You can choose a new phone and plan, and keep any remaining credit from your pay as you go account.

Upgrade to a monthly plan

You can move from pay as you go to a monthly plan in a few simple steps:

What happens to my Saver Plan?

You cannot move your Saver Plan to a monthly plan. If you have credit on your pay as you go account, we’ll transfer it to your new monthly account after you upgrade.

Get money off a new phone

You could get money off a new phone if:

  • You’ve been on EE pay as you go for three months or more.
  • You’ve made a call, sent a text message or used data.
  • You have not used this offer in the last two months.

You can check your eligibility when you choose your new phone.
