Upgrade to a monthly plan
You can move from pay as you go to a monthly plan in a few simple steps:
- Choose your plan online. Any remaining credit will move to your new monthly account.
- Visit your local EE store, and we’ll help you choose a phone and plan that suits you.
- Contact us, and we’ll talk you through your options.
What happens to my Saver Plan?
You cannot move your Saver Plan to a monthly plan. If you have credit on your pay as you go account, we’ll transfer it to your new monthly account after you upgrade.
Get money off a new phone
You could get money off a new phone if:
- You’ve been on EE pay as you go for three months or more.
- You’ve made a call, sent a text message or used data.
- You have not used this offer in the last two months.
You can check your eligibility when you choose your new phone.

If you’re unable to move to a monthly plan:

- Make sure your phone has been used recently.
