About Good as New phones
Good as New phones are one that have been returned to us within the standard 14-day cooling-off period. This is usually because customers have bought online or through our call centres and then changed their mind.
Device condition
Good as New phones have been used so little that they're practically brand new. And unlike refurbished devices, they've never been in for a repair due to a known fault.
This means your device will be:
- free of scratches and marks
- subject to our rigorous cosmetic and functional control testing

Free repairs or replacement
Our Extended Warranty covers you against any manufacturer faults for the lifetime of your plan, until you upgrade or leave - that's longer than any standard manufacturer warranty.
Extended Warranty is available to new and upgrading customers taking a Pay Monthly Phone, Tablet, Laptop or Watch Plan, purchased directly from EE. You must remain on an eligible Pay Monthly Plan. Your account must be up to date. Your Extended Warranty only covers the original device supplied to you by EE. If your device suffers from electrical or mechanical breakdown through normal use during the warranty period, we will repair it for free.
