How your order will be delivered

This article explains how EE will deliver your mobile, broadband and/or EE TV order, with online tracking updates, text updates and flexible delivery options.

How your mobile phone or device will be delivered

Home delivery

Mobile phone orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. 

We'll send your package using DPD, who will send you delivery updates by text:

  • the day before the delivery - including tracking information and the option to rearrange 
  • on the morning of the delivery - you'll get a one-hour scheduled delivery time, for example between 12.24 and 13.24, and the name of your DPD driver

Contact-free delivery on all orders.

  • You won't have to sign for any deliveries.
  • Couriers will take a picture of the package when they deliver it.

If you're unable to receive texts, you should download the DPD app from your app store.

Track your mobile order

Need to know

DPD will send you a 4-digit PIN for added security. Make sure you have this PIN ready, as the DPD driver will ask for it when they deliver your order.

If you live in Northern Ireland, you may not receive a 4-digit PIN.

Collect from an EE store

Choose your most convenient EE store when you order. We'll text you when it's ready.

You will need valid ID - such as your passport or driving licence, or have verified your ID in the EE app.

How your EE broadband equipment will be delivered

We'll email and text you when your equipment's on its way and give you a reference number with a link so you can track it online.

When will my EE Smart Hub be delivered?

Due to the nifty design of our latest Smart Hubs, they'll fit through most letterboxes.

If it won't fit in the letterbox, the courier will, wherever possible, leave your parcel in a safe place, such as with a neighbour. If it can't be left, you'll need to collect the parcel from your local delivery office or re-arrange delivery. All the details will be on the card. 

Your equipment should arrive within 3 working days of your order. If you're a new customer, it'll be delivered either the day before your services go live, or on the day itself.

How your EE TV equipment will be delivered

We'll send your package using Parcelforce's two-day delivery service. Parcelforce will send you delivery updates by text. 

You'll get a text on the morning of delivery with a one-hour scheduled delivery time, for example between 10:45 and 11:45, and the name of your Parcelforce delivery driver.
