Update your name, number or email address
On your EE profile, you can change:
- how we address you in emails and online - your first or preferred name
- your mobile number
- your contact email address
Do this online:
- Log in to your EE account online
- Go to your profile.
- Select Edit next to What should we call you? Or the other things you want to change.
- Enter the new details and select Save.
If you want to change your full name on the account, you'll need official documents showing your new name, and you'll need to send them to us by post, in person in-store, or by email.

Change the portal or billing address for your EE account
Follow these steps to change either or both your Billing and Postal addresses:
- Log in to your EE account online.
- Scroll down the page to Do More.
- Select whether you want to change your Billing or your Postal address.
- Select Change Address.
- We will then send a one-time PIN to your mobile to verify it's you. Click Confirm, having checked that the PIN is going to the correct number.
- Enter the PIN sent to your mobile
- Select Continue.
- Enter the postcode for your new address.
- Select the correct address from the selection shown - please note you'll be able to choose to update one or both of your Billing or Postal addresses at the same time.
- Select Confirm address.
- We will confirm your changes on screen and send a text to your mobile to confirm as well.

It can take between 1-24 hours for the change to show up in your account.
