EE One: what it means and how to get it

This article covers how EE One benefits provide unlimited data and flexible plans for eligible EE Broadband and Mobile customers.

When your EE Broadband and EE Pay Monthly mobile are under the same EE ID, you become an EE One customer and unlock exclusive features that work better together.

You could be eligible for:

  1. Unlimited mobile data.
  2. Up to £20 off new or upgraded mobile plans.
  3. 30-day rolling contracts.

Unlocking EE One

We'll automatically add your EE One benefits when you meet the eligibility criteria:

Step 1

Live in a home with an active EE broadband service on one of these plans:

  • Core
  • Premium
  • Ultimate

Step 2

Have an eligible EE mobile plan

Most plans are eligible, except these ones:

  • Pay as you go
  • Watch plans
  • Fixed wireless access
  • Plans costing less than £12 a month after all discounts have been applied

Step 3

Link your accounts:

You'll need both your broadband and mobile accounts on the same EEID. 

You might need to link your services to the same EEID.

Need to know

Share EE One

Link your household accounts and enjoy unlimited data plus £20 off new or upgraded plans when you have an eligible EE Broadband plan.

Losing your benefits

You'll keep your benefits as long as you remain eligible and keep up with all your payments. 

We'll remove your benefits if:

  • you no longer have an active EE broadband service where you live
  • you cancel or switch your services to another provider
  • you move to a plan that isn't eligible for EE One benefits
  • you unlink your EE IDs or products
  • you agree a payment plan with us
  • you change the name or address on your account
