How Data Parachute works

• You’ll get a text when you’ve used 80% of your data.
• After you use all your plan data (including boosts and rollover), we’ll automatically give you an extra 1 GB.
• We’ll text you when Data Parachute is activated.
• You’ll get another text when it runs out.

Who can get these benefits?

Eligible plans

Data Parachute and the new benefits are included if you’re on:

• Selected 30‑day plans and Saver plans with a monthly price of £9 or more.

Not eligible

These benefits aren’t available on:

• Existing 30‑day or Saver Plans bought before 13 May 2026.
• PAYG Guided Plan.
• 90‑day plans.
• Talk & Text plans.
• 4G WiFi plans or on other discounted or promotional plans.
• Data Parachute will not be applied to unlimited data plans.
