By filling out our simple Disability Registration Form, our Customer Service Teams will be able to tailor our services to meet your needs. They’ll be aware of your disability when you call and will take your disability into consideration.

Any information you provide will be treated in the strictest of confidence.

Priority Fault Repair Service

We understand how important your mobile phone is, especially when you rely on it for health or mobility reasons. That’s why we've created our Priority Fault Repair Service.

If your phone is in warranty and develops a fault, we’ll endeavour to return it within seven days once received, instead of 14 for our Standard Repair Service.

This service is for customers who have an illness or disability and who are reliant* on their mobile to keep in touch with carers and health professionals.

To let us know if you qualify for this service, register your disability.

*Our reliance criteria: to be considered reliant on your mobile, you need to be registered as Chronically Sick & Disabled (incapacitated and therefore housebound, due to long-term illness or disability which prevents you leaving the house without the assistance of another person).
