Need your Apple, Samsung, or Google phone fixed? Visit one of our 17 stores for same-day service. In some locations, our engineers can have it ready in just two hours. If you're near one of our 300 other stores, we’ll have it sorted by the next working day.

One-hour appointments
If you have any additional needs noted on your account, you can easily book a one-hour appointment instead of the usual 30 minutes. This gives you more time to discuss what matters most to you.

Verified EE ID in EE stores
To speed up repairs you can verify your ID on the EE app, then use it in our stores. This helps streamline any necessary anti-fraud checks.
If you prefer, you can still bring your valid ID document (passport, driving licence for example) to our stores, and our Guides will assist you with the full verification process.
