Same-day and next-day repairs
In 17 of our stores, you can get your Apple, Samsung or Google phone fixed and ready for collection on the same day. In several of these repair hubs, depending on the ask, our engineers can turn around the repair in as little as two hours. In 300 other stores we can complete it by the next working day.

Our in-store repairs have the seal of approval from Samsung, Apple and Google and are carried out by professionally trained staff.
Free device health-check tool
Want to investigate the problem yourself? In store you can also use our free health-check tool, which wirelessly diagnoses device faults and recommends ways to fix them, reducing the need for repair.
One-hour appointments
If your additional needs are registered on your account, you can book a one-hour appointment instead of the standard 30-minute slot.

Verified EE ID in EE stores
Once verified on the EE app, you can use a Verified ID in our EE stores whenever you visit.
This will allow us to speed up any anti-fraud checks we need to carry out.
You won’t need to share any physical ID document with our EE Guides in-store, which means no one else can complete the process on your behalf.
You can still bring your valid ID document to our EE stores, and one of our Guides will help you go through the full document and facial verification.
