What happens when you change your bill date
Changing your bill date changes when we create your bill. What happens next depends on whether you move the date earlier or later.
If you move your bill date earlier:
- you’ll get a credit for any days you already paid for that fall after the new date
- you’ll be charged for a full month starting from the new date
If you move your bill date later:
- your next bill will be for a full month as usual
- after that, your bill will be created on the new date
- you’ll get a credit for any days you already paid for that fall after the new date
