Set up a Direct Debit in the EE app
Need to know
You'll need to pay any money owed before setting up a Direct Debit.
To set up a Direct Debit in the EE app:
- download and open the EE app on your mobile
- log in with your details
- select Manage
- select Billing
- choose either EE Mobile or EE Broadband.
- scroll down the page and follow the link to set up a Direct Debit
We’ll send you confirmation that your Direct Debit has been set up. Your payment will be taken on or around 8 days after your bill date.
Want to pay using another account?
If you want to pay Direct Debit from a bank account that's not in your name, you'll need to call us to set it up. Both parties will need to be on the call.
