Set up a Direct Debit in the EE app
Need to know
You'll need to pay any money owed before setting up a Direct Debit.
To set up a Direct Debit in the EE app:
- Download and open the EE app.
- Log in with your details.
- Select Manage.
- Select Billing.
- Choose either EE Mobile or EE Broadband.
- Scroll down the page and follow the link to set up a Direct Debit.
We’ll send you confirmation that your Direct Debit has been set up. Your payment will be taken on or around 8 days after your bill date.
Want to pay using another account?
If you want to pay Direct Debit from a bank account that's not in your name, you'll need to call us to set it up. Both you and the account holder will need to be on the call.
