We’ll send you confirmation that your Direct Debit has been set up. Your payment will be taken on or around 8 days after your bill date.

If you want to pay with another bank account that's not your own, you'll need to call us on 150 from an EE phone or on 0330 123 1105 from any phone to set it up. Both parties will need to be on the call.
Need more than one signature?
Need more than one signature?
If more than one signature is required on a bank account, you'll still be able to set up a Direct Debit but you won’t be able to set it up online or over the phone.
Instead, you'll need to download, complete and return a copy of this Direct Debit mandate.

You can change your payment date after you’ve received your first bill.
Because you pay for your services one month in advance, when you change your Direct Debit date, the date we produce your bill will also change. This depends on whether you're bringing your bill date forward or backwards.
