Pay as you go packs from EE come loaded with more data, minutes and texts than ever before. You can pick the pack that best suits how you use your device at a range of prices, with allowances of up to 60GB. You’ll also benefit from Free Boosts and Data Rollover so you get even more data with each pack. 

 

Your packs will also automatically renew each month or week if you set up card payments or top up your credit.

How do I get a pay as you go pack?

There are three ways to get a pay as you go pack:

  1.  

    log in to My EE and go to Menu > Packs

  2.  

    text ALL PACKS to 150

  3.  

    call 150 from your EE phone and use our automated service

Good to know:

Our automated phone service is free any time within the UK.

If you choose to speak to an advisor this is also free if you’re on a pay as you go pack priced at £15 or above. However, if you’re on a £10 or less pack you’ll be charged 25p per call.

Yes, you can get Free Boosts every three months. So, the longer you stay with us, the bigger your allowance gets. You can enjoy a free bump of data, minutes or texts to do more of what you love in the UK or when abroad in the EU. So now you can stay online longer - watch videos, stream music and share selfies without worrying about your data.

Yes you can if you buy our 30 day pay as you go packs, which comes with Data Rollover. So if you don't get through all your data on this pack, we'll automatically add your unused data to your next pack.

There are two ways to pay for pay as you go packs.

You can do it the easy way and set up direct card payments, so your pay as you go pack renews automatically. Or you can top up your credit before your pack runs out.

It's easy to check how long you have left until your next pay as you go pack starts and how many minutes, texts and data you’ve used in your current pay as you go pack:

  1.  

    log into My EE or the My EE app

  2.  

    text BALANCE to 150

It's easy to change your pay as you go pack or buy a new one:

    log in to My EE

    text ALL PACKS to 150

    or call 150 from your EE phone and use our automated service

Your new pay as you go pack will start as soon as you’ve used all the allowances in your current pack or if it’s come to the end of its seven or 30-day duration.

You can start your new pay as you go pack right away but remember that you'll lose any call, text or data allowances from your current pack. To start your new pack:

  1.  

    text NOW to 150

Good to know:

If you buy 30-day packs and change to seven-day packs or if you had a 30-day £5 pack and change to any other pay as you go pack or vice versa, you’ll lose any Free Boosts you’ve earned.

To cancel your pack and stop it starting again next time:

  1.  

    text STOP PACK to 150

You’ll be able to use any remaining call, text and data allowances until your pack’s expiration but you’ll then have to pay for all your calls and texts at the standard rate.

To use data after your pack’s expiration, you’ll need to buy a data add-on:

  1.  

    log in to My EE and go to Menu > Add-ons

  2.  

    text ADDONS to 150
