Chromebook Go 11 with Samsung Galaxy S26 or S26+

This article covers how EE customers can claim a Chromebook Go 11" when buying a new Samsung Galaxy S26 or S26+, or a Chromebook Go 14" when buying a new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra on either PAYM or SIM Free between 7 April 2026 and 7 May 2026.

Eligibility

Any purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy S26, S26+ or S26 Ultra on either PAYM or SIM Free.

Exclusions

Maximum of one (1) Gift per Product purchased, and a maximum of four (4) Gifts per household.

How to claim your gift

You need to go to https://redeem.samsungoffers.claims/platform/ees26chromebook/en-GB and complete the Claim form with your name, contact information, other requested information including but not limited to the Promotion Product IMEI number, delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of their proof of purchase.

Claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase, meaning the final claim date for purchases made on 7 May 2026 is no later than 23:59 (BST) on 6 June 2026.

If you have any issues

If you don’t have your proof of purchase, contact us and one of our Guides can give you a One Stop Proof Letter and you can use this to claim.

If you haven’t got a an email acknowledgement, you need to contact the Promoter by email at ees26chromebook@samsungoffers.claims or by phone at +44 0330 551 3678 within seven (7) days of your Claim being submitted.

The legal bit

Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Reward will be dispatched via recorded delivery and accompanied by a despatch notification email, within forty-five (45) days of the Claim being validated to the postal address provided in the Claim.
