I’ve had my pay monthly plan for more than 14 days but want to cancel — what do I need to know?

There are a few things to know before you cancel your plan.

You’ll need to:

  1.  

    give us 30 days’ notice, even if the minimum term of your plan has expired

  2.  

    pay an Early Cancellation Charge and a Notice Period Charge if you cancel your plan early 

  3.  

    tell us if you have more than one plan on your account and whether or not you want to cancel them all

  4.  

    give us an up-to-date address to send your final bill

  5.  

    understand that any other pending requests on your account will be cancelled

  6.  

    realise that if you’re not within 45 days of the end of your plan, we might not be able to cancel it – we’ll text you if that’s the case

  7.  

    be aware that if you cancel in writing, we’ll start your cancellation from the date we process the letter, not the date it was sent

    call 150 from your EE phone

If you signed up to your plan in an EE store, you can only cancel:
  1.  

    if you're experiencing coverage issues

  2.  

    or our coverage doesn't meet your expectations

You'll only be able to cancel your plan at your nearest EE store.

You'll need to take:

  1. your receipt

  2. any device you’re returning (in as-good-as-new condition)

  3. anything else that was included in the box
    (including chargers and headphones)

  4. any freebies that came with the plan
