Using your existing phone to get a new one

Exclusive to Flex Pay customers, Early Phone Swap lets you get a new phone on a new device credit agreement before your current one ends. 

• Send back your phone within the last 12 months of your agreement and choose a new one at no extra cost.
• Send back your phone earlier, and we'll put the value towards your current Flex Pay agreement.

Upgrade Anytime is available on standard 24-month Essentials Plus, All Rounder or Full Works plans (not Flex Pay).

You can Upgrade Anytime from day 15 of a new plan and up to 30 days before it ends. An early upgrade fee applies during the first 12 months of your current contract.

Available to all existing EE mobile customers. Trade in your phone with us when you upgrade to a new 24-month plan and we'll give you a discount off your airtime plan each month.
