Connecting to WiFi

- Your EE hub is behind furniture or near things such as fish tanks or microwaves, which can weaken or interfere with the signal.
- Too many devices are using the internet at once.
- Your phone or laptop is older and slow.
- Your EE hub needs a restart — turn it off and on again.
- Your WiFi Extender is in the wrong place.

Steps to take to improve your WiFi signal
