Why can't I see my WiFi disc in my EE Home app?

Why can't I see my WiFi disc in my EE Home app?

If your disc isn’t showing under Smart WiFi on the app, try the following:

  • Have you set up the disc? To do this select Set up new disc from the Smart WiFi page and follow the instructions
  • Check the disc is turned on

Check what colour light is showing on the disc:

  • Blue or Yellow – the disc should be working fine, so there could be an issue with the app. Try refreshing Smart WiFi page by pulling down. If that doesn’t work, try restarting the app. Failing that, you can also try restarting your Router
  • Red – the disc is out of range. Try moving it closer to the Router or to another disc, if you already have one set up
