My Bill

You can find out more about your plan by texting the following codes to 150 from you Orange Pay Monthly Phone. All free of charge.

BALANCE - view your current balance
BILL - for a summary of your recent invoices and payments
PLAN - to see which plan you're on

If you’ve used Your Account to view your bills then we will send you an itemised bill. If you aren’t getting an itemised bill and want one, then please give us a call to get set up
