Why is my device ‘unknown’?

When you log in to My EE we may not always recognise your device – here’s why.

WiFi access

We can only recognise your device if you connect to My EE via our network – but not if you connect via WiFi. So if the last time you logged in was via WiFi you may see 'Device unknown'.

Don’t worry – you can still use My EE. And you don't need to let us know as we update our device list regularly.
