How to get a pay as you go pack

There are several ways to get a 4G pay as you go pack:

  • in My EE – just log in > click Choose a pack. Choose the one that suits you and click Buy or Top up and buy
  • in the My EE app
  • by texting ALL PACKS to 150
  • by calling 150 and following the voice prompts
  • by calling 150 and speaking to an adviser (you may be charged for this call)

How to get a pay as you go SIM from EE

You can join EE pay as you go in the following ways:

  • buy a 4G phone with a SIM from EE in one of our stores or online
  • buy a SIM card with a pack pre-loaded
  • get a free SIM and buy a pack as above
